All partners on the project of international cooperation called Cibernarium, we are on holiday. Today is our day, the @lis Day. And we launch this blog to celebrate it.
It’s a blog where the different cities and regions of Europe and Latin America involved in the project we have put in common images, videos, information about the spaces and experiences of the different Cibernariums.

Beyond the physical spaces, that you will be able to see in this blog, the Cibernariums are constituted by the people that daily visits them and attends activities, as well as the teachers or monitors who distribute the activities of spreading, qualification and formation in the new technologies to approach the Information Society to the whole public.
We want that this blog become a point of information and encounter between people whom they have in common the interest by learning on new technologies. And for that reason, the Cibernariums of the nine cities we explain our experiences through the testimony of students, monitors and coordinators of the Cibernariums.
This blog is therefore an open space and in continuous growth.
We want and we wish that you send to us your comments and contributions.
Together we will contribute to the digital spreading and qualification.
Just a little bit of history
“Cibernarium, pedagogical environments for the digital spreading and qualification” is a project of international cooperation between 9 cities of Europe and Latin America coordinated by the City council of Barcelona and activated by Barcelona Activa. The project is born in the framework of @lis programme - Alliance for the Information Society of the European Union.
The objective of the Cibernarium Project is to develop a catalogue of contents and materials of technological spreading and qualification that allow contributing to improve the knowledge, access, use and optimisation of the Information and Communication Technologies (ICT).
@LIS is a programme of the European Commission aiming to reinforce the partnership between the European Union and Latin America in the field of the Information Society. Its objectives are to establish dialogue and cooperation on policy and regulatory frameworks in key areas and to boost interconnections between research networks and communities in both regions.
